WHO WE ARE
Rachawadee Thai Cafe is an authentic, local, family owned restaurant. Pam grew up in Thailand. She moved to the United States right after high school, where she helped her older sister run her Seattle restaurant. After many years, Pam decided it was time to open her own restaurant. The family moved up to Skagit Valley in 2008 and have been here ever since.
